Plasma TV’s will rule this Christmas. On Black Friday, everyone was out to get the new gadget, and what they found was that plasma TV’s are getting cheaper. They are getting smaller, and bigger. They are getting more high tech. You can get a Touch Screen Computer Screens . I think 2 Christmas’s ago it was the year of the camera with individual professional print deck. Kodak’s stock went up a good bit due to the Christmas boom.

I predict that this will be the year of the plasma TV.

Sony 3D HDTV in 2010, Video. This video is absolutely amazing, and coincidentally it comes right off the heals of Panasonic’s news that they are going 3D HDTV. You know what is great new for all of these TV companies? I am sure they will all find a way to make it so we have to buy 3D HDTV players and 3D HDTV movies, and then soon video games. It’s a vicious cycle.

85 Inch Panasonic Plasma TV, Coming Fall 2009. Panasonic has just announced an 85-inch Full HD Plasma TV at the InfoComm 09 event July 17th-19th 2009. This news is just in time for Father’s Day. I guess they can put it on Lay away for now. It features 1080p resolution, 16:9 Aspect Ration, contrast ratio of 40,000:1(max. upto 2,000,000:1) which Panasonic claims to be world’s highest and effective viewing area of 1,889 mm (W) x 1,062 mm (H).

No one knows how much this bad boy will cost. We all know it will be too expensive though, but how much fun would life be if we could have everything we wanted.

How NOT to ship a Plasma TV, Fail PIC. Even if it s surrounded by 2 ply bubble wrap, this is still a FAIL, especially if Ace Ventura Pet Detective is the one delivering it.
